Dark Moon Crystals Trading is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a product you've purchased. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will incur a 15% restocking fee.
If an item arrives badly damaged, please notify Dark Moon Crystals Trading immediately with photographic evidence and we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item if one is available. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit. The damaged product must be returned in order to recieve the alternate exchanged item. You will be required to return the damaged product(s), at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method. Upon receiving the item, your return will be processed excluding the shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
