Shipping policy

​Dark Moon Crystals Trading will use Australia Post to ship you your new crystals. If you choose to have your package left at your door, and it goes missing, you must get in contact with Australia Post directly. If your parcel should go missing during transit, please contact Australia Post immediately, as once the parcel is shipped, it is out of Dark Moon Crystals' hands.

Since crystals are very fragile, Dark Moon Crystals Trading, will package your items to the best of our abilites to minimize damage during transit. 

​If placing an order on a Friday, it will be shipped on the coming Monday. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don't see your country listed on our international shipping, please contact us and we will endeavour to find an available courier. For international shipping, only options with tracking will be made available in order to minimize further delays and questions on your parcel's location.

Again, once your parcel is shipped you and you have further queries, you must get in contact with Australia Post and/or your local post when your parcel reaches international borders. Should your parcel exceed the estimated shipping times, then please email darkmooncrystals@gmail.com.
