Sacred Scribe Publishing will uses a 3PL to ship your orders. If you choose to have your package left at your door, and it goes missing, you must get in contact with the courier directly. If your parcel should go missing during transit, please contact the courierimmediately, as once the parcel is shipped, it is out of Sacred Scribe Publishing’s hands.

If placing an order on a Friday, it will be shipped on the coming Monday. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don’t see your country listed on our international shipping, please contact us and we will endeavour to find an available courier. For international shipping, only options with tracking will be made available in order to minimize further delays and questions on your parcel’s location.

Again, once your parcel is shipped you and you have further queries, you must get in contact with your local post when your parcel reaches international borders. Should your parcel exceed the estimated shipping times, then please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

Should you change your mind and your products have already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you wish to receive a refund, you will have to wait until you receive the parcel and then ship it back to Sacred Scribe Publishing at your own cost with trackable shipping. Once evidence of shipment back to Sacred Scribe Publishing is received, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost – only the cost of the items. 

If you cancel your order before your parcel has been packaged and shipped, you will receive your refund in full.

It generally takes 2 weeks to receive your order. However, it can take up to 4-8 weeks to receive your international order depending on which country you live in.

If you order directly from our website, all orders will ship from China. 

Again, once your parcel is shipped you and you have further queries, you must get in contact with your local post when your parcel reaches international borders. Should your parcel exceed the estimated shipping times, then please email and submit a claim with the shipping protection insurance.

Sacred Scribe Publishing is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a product you’ve purchased. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will incur a 15% restocking fee. Upon receiving the item, your return will be processed excluding the shipping costs.

We offer shipping assurance through Shipped – Track & Shield. This must be added to your cart and purchased for protection. If you opt to not select the insurance for your parcel, we are not liable for replacing any damaged product.

Customers are responsible and liable for their own duty and import taxes.

Most logistics companies have stopped scanning packages at every checkpoint along their journey to streamline the process and hopefully expedite shipping times for all customers.

If you have ordered and your package hasn’t had tracking info updated in a while – please understand that it’s difficult to give you any extra information than what your tracking numbers already provide – shipping companies and postal services are updating tracking numbers as quickly as they can – be assured that they are doing their very best to get items delivered ASAP!

If you contact us before you receive tracking information we can possibly change this for you. 

If you do not notify us of your incorrect address, we are not liable for non-delivery and you will not be entitled to a refund.

You will need to get in contact with your local post office as they are the ones liable for final delivery. We have no control over delivery once the parcel leaves our facility.
