Cancellation Policy

Should you change your mind and your products have already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you wish to receive a refund, you will have to wait until you receive the parcel and then ship it back to Sacred Scribe Publishing at your own cost with trackable shipping. Once evidence of shipment back to Sacred Scribe Publishing is received, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost - only the cost of the items.

If you cancel your order before your parcel has been packaged and shipped, you will receive your refund in full.

Shipping Policy

It can take up to 4-8 weeks to receive your international order.

If placing an order on a Friday, it will be shipped on the coming Monday. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don't see your country listed on our international shipping, please contact us and we will endeavour to find an available courier. For international shipping, only options with tracking will be made available in order to minimize further delays and questions on your parcel's location.

All orders will ship from China, we do this to minimise our footprint for our planet. All production takes place in China and to pass along shipping savings to our customers as well as reducing fuel emission for moving units globally, this has been the best decision for our business.If we didn't opt to go this route, shipping and product rates would be exorbitantly higher than what is listed due to fuel surcharges, shipping rates and duties/taxes imposed on our small business.If you are not happy that we ship from China, please do not purchase our products for this will not change in the future.

Again, once your parcel is shipped you and you have further queries, you must get in contact with your local post when your parcel reaches international borders. Should your parcel exceed the estimated shipping times, then please email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sacred Scribe Publishing is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a product you've purchased. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will incur a 15% restocking fee. Upon receiving the item, your return will be processed excluding the shipping costs.

We offer shipping assurance through Shipped - Track & Shield. This must be added to your cart and purchased for protection. If you opt to not select the insurance for your parcel, we are not liable for replacing any damaged product.

Damaged Parcel

A damaged item is considered as broken if it is clearly fractured, in unusable condition, shattered, crushed, and/or bent. A damaged item does not include cosmetic issues, manufacturing defects, damage caused by insufficient packaging or unsealed items.

Damaged items must be reported in Shield within 7 days from the package Track delivered date.

Lost Parcel

Any packages that does not have a tracking update for at least 7 days.

Lost packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days from the last Track update.

Stolen Parcel

A package is considered as stolen when a package is delivered, but missing.

Stolen packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days from the Track delivered update.

Replacements and Refunds

When a request is approved, Shipped Shield will automatically issue a replacement for the item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

When issuing a replacement, the item will ship free of charge to the customer.

When issuing a refund, Shipped Shield will only refund the subtotal of the item. Shipping costs, taxes and Shipped Shield costs are not included in the refund.

Incorrect Address

Shipped Shield does not handle order issues due to an incorrect address inputted by the customer.

Additional Proof

Shipped Shield may request additional information to process a request. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, the issue will be automatically closed.

The customer can reopen the issue by responding to the original request as long as the reopen date falls within the reporting requirements.

My tracking number hasn't been updated with information...

Most logistics companies have stopped scanning packages at every checkpoint along their journey to streamline the process and hopefully expedite shipping times for all customers.

If you have ordered and your package hasn't had tracking info updated in a while - Please understand that it’s difficult to give you any extra information than what your tracking numbers already provide - shipping companies and postal services are updating tracking numbers as quickly as they can - be assured that they are doing their very best to get items delivered ASAP!!

If you entered your address incorrectly when you completed your purchase and your item has shipped...

We are not liable for non-delivery and you will not be entitled to a refund.

If your parcel states delivered and you cannot find it...

ie. You live in the USA - contact USPS.

ie. You live in Canada - contact Canada Post.

ie. You live in Australia - contact Australia Post.
